Letter from the Principal

As we approach Mother's Day this Sunday, I want to take a moment to express our appreciation and gratitude to all the amazing mothers and special women in our school community.

To all our mothers, grandmothers and stepmothers, we recognise and thank you for the unconditional love, care and support you provde to your children and families.  Your dedication and sacrifice do not go unnoticed and we are grateful for all that you do.

We also want to extend our thanks to the special women who play a significant role in the lives of our students, whether as aunties, sisters, cousins or family friends.  Your guidance, kindness and positive influence are truly appreciated and valued.

As a Catholic School community, we also acknowledge and celebrate the role of Mary, the mother of Jesus, who is a symbol of maternal love, compassion and strength.  Her example reminds us of the importance of nurturing, protecting and guiding our children with love, patience and wisdom.

We look forward to seeing you at school on Friday for our Mothers Day Liturgy and High Tea.  Our appreciation to all the parents of Kinder who are preparing the High Tea.

If you are experiencing financial hardship and wish to discuss fee relief options or would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the office.

R.E. Matters

The theme for 2025 is…

All Hallows - People of Hope
2025 is a Year of Jubilee!

We have an exciting week ahead in the Roman Catholic Church. The Papal Conclave will begin on Wednesday, 7th May, which means we are most likely to have a new pope by the end of the week! The Papal conclave is the name for the assembly of cardinals in the Roman Catholic Church to elect a new pope.
Although the cardinals are the ones that vote, it doesn't mean we can't participate. What can we do? Pray, pray, pray! Pray for the Holy Spirit's wisdom to come upon them.

"We pray that the Conclave would be able to discern strong leadership characteristics. As they vote for the new Pope."

Mother's Day Liturgy

Please join us for our Mother’s Day Liturgy this Friday at 10.30am in the Hall. This will be followed by a ‘High Tea’ for all our Mothers, Grandmothers and important woman in our lives. Christian Living Camp

We wish our Year Six students a fun time at their Christian Living Camp this week, where they will take time out to reflect on ‘Living an Authentic Christian life’ now and in their future. Held at Lake Burrendong, it is always a highlight for our seniors. They will be joined at the camp by Yr 6 students from St Michael’s Dunedoo, Sacred Heart, Coolah, St John’s Baradine  and Assumption, Bathurst. Thankyou to Mr Toole for transporting the students and Miss Irwin and Ms Statham for coming to camp with Yr 6.

Catholic Schools Week

What’s it all about?

Catholic Schools Week in 2025 will be celebrated in Catholic schools throughout the Bathurst Diocese. This year All Hallows will celebrate Catholic Schools Week from Monday 19th May through to Friday 23rd May. This annual event is an opportunity for schools to promote the special ethos of Catholic schools and to highlight the great things that take place in these schools every day. The theme for this year’s celebrations is: Guided by Faith. Inspired by Hope, Committed to Learning.

There are 33 Catholic schools in the Diocese of Bathurst that educate around 9000 students and most will celebrate Catholic Education Week in some way. We are immensely proud of our Catholic heritage from its early Josephite beginnings 141years ago, and are committed to celebrating and showcasing the achievements of students in our school.

THIS IS WHAT THE WEEK LOOKS LIKE

At All Hallows, our week begins on Monday 19th May with our School Liturgy at 10.00am in our Mons. Frawley Hall.  The week is full of activities and we encourage our families to join in wherever possible. Please join us as we celebrate Catholic Schools Week.
